Can I make an appointment online?
At this time, we do not take online appointments, but you can always call us at 250-374-8881 and we will book your service immediately.
Do you take group appointments? (Graduations, Sweet 16 parties, Wedding parties, etc.)
Yes, we can accommodate parties of up to 20 people in a variety of services that we offer.
Will everything that I need be provided for my spa experience?
For personal comfort, it is suggested than an extra pair of underwear or a bathing suit is brought - we also provide disposable garments for your convenience.
Do you have a printable brochure?
Yes. Our services brochure is available for download. You will need to have Adobe's free Acrobat Reader installed.
What is your policy regarding cell phones, pagers, and other communication devices?
We ask that all cell phones and pages be turned off.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment at no charge. Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a 50% charge or a 50% reduction in the value of a gift service certificate.
